Andrei Munz's painting is linked to one of the most powerful traditions of the Russian avant-garde - abstract expressionism. His work actively reflects the discoveries of the 1910-1920s of Kandinsky, Chagall, Lentulov and Malevich. It is not a question of direct comparison, but of comprehension of the figurative and plastic system of the outstanding masters of the avant-garde.
